We are seeking a highly motivated and results-orientated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at e-Pocket.

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to leads and convert them into active remittance customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, online research, and networking.
- Educate leads about our remittance services, highlighting the benefits, competitive advantages, and unique features of our company.
- Effectively handle objections and address any concerns or queries raised by leads to build trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise customer experience and ensure seamless onboarding and transaction processes.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Attend community events to represent e-Pocket and actively engage with potential leads.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or remittance industry.
- Be results oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- A deep understanding of the remittance industry landscape (or the interest to learn).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Collins Street, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)
