About the role
Seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join the dynamic team at Alba Cheese in Tullamarine, Victoria. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Conducting face-to-face sales meetings and presentations to effectively promote and sell Alba Cheese's premium product range
- Providing excellent customer service and support to build long-term, profitable relationships with existing customers
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through strong sales execution
- Collaborating closely with the broader sales and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies
- Maintaining accurate sales records and providing detailed reporting on key performance metrics
- Help with Trade shows both in Australia and overseas
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a deep understanding of customer needs
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
