**Three or four days per week** 9am to 5pm **Customer Support and Sales position** in well-established, international water tech company.
AlkaWay is a small family business, operating since 24 years, located in Mullumbimby NSW, and dedicated to improving lives through innovative products that promote clean water and better health. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer support and expert advice to our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Support and Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on our water filtration products and health solutions. Your goal will be to assist customers with technical queries, guide them in product selection, and drive sales through excellent service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide technical support and sales guidance to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Develop a deep understanding of our water filtration systems, health supplements, and related products.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the water filtration, health, or related industries.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- A passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help customers improve their lives.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.

Not commissioned based. Proposed Start: ASAP

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,100.00 - $46,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
