Seeking office assistant (sales & customer support) for a local live streaming business

We're a growing live streaming business based in the Northern Rivers area, operating in the wedding, funeral, conference, seminar & general event industries, and we're looking for an experienced office assistant, with sales & customer support knowledge, who is organised and reliable, to join our team

**Responsibilities include**:

- Communication about bookings with existing clients
- Managing bookings, including checking crew availability, scheduling streams on YouTube & integrating them on our homepage via Wix and making crew calendar entries
- Providing basic assistance with accounting, including setting up bills for the team & invoices for clients

**Skills & Experience (preferred)**:

- Sales and customer & tech support
- Social media management
- Familiarity with Discord, Youtube Studio, Google Calendar, Google Drive / Docs / Sheets, WeTransfer, Canva, Wix, Xero
- Confidence on the phone & excellent communication skills

**Hours and pay**:
This is a part-time role, 2 hours per day, 5 days per week. The rate is $30ph, with potential for increased hours & rates in the future. Hours are flexible, with the opportunity to work from home once you’re confident in the role (good phone reception required). Training will be provided at our office in Mullumbimby Creek. You’ll need to have an ABN.
