Job Title: Cafe Manager

Our growing cafe is seeking a talented and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our cafe. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cafe, including overseeing the staff, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and cleanliness.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all customers
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Manage food and beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe
Develop and implement new menus and promotions to drive sales
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Manage budgets and control costs, ensuring profitability
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
**Requirements**:
At least 3 years of experience in cafe/restaurant management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management or related field preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
