Here is an opportunity for an experienced sales person to flex their Territory Management skills in a growing Medical Device company.
**Company**
Join a well-known, privately-owned multinational organisation and implement your great planning skills, sales execution and growth mindset to grow their business in the surgical environment in South Australia.
The company has a unique corporate structure which includes significant R&D investment as well as manufacturing. You (and your customers) will have consistency of supply chain and product availability - an assurance many other companies are envious of in the current climate of logístical challenges
Your manager is an industry veteran with years of sales and management experience so you will get excellent support and guidance from them as well as the extended team. In addition the company has extensive, structured training programs and prides itself on promoting from within. Long term there will be multiple opportunities for you to develop new skills and elevate your career.
**Role**
The customer base is broad and you will be dealing with everyone from surgeons, nursing staff, CSSD, Procurement and C-Suite stakeholders and you will spend quite a bit of time the operating theatre supporting clinical teams and conducting product trials.
Given the reputation of the brand you will have a great base of existing business whilst still having plenty of scope for growth and you will be well-rewarded for your efforts.
**About You**
- You have experience in Territory Management, enjoy planning and executing on tasks - open to Pharmaceutical Reps looking to make the transition into Medical Devices
- You love learning and mastering new things and are open to feedback, coaching and development
- You’re ambitious, energetic and eager to achieve
- As much as you love planning, you like a bit of variety and can happily multi-task or juggle different priorities.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Territory Management / Sales experience - ideally within the medical space but that isn’t essential
- Degree in Allied Health, Nursing or applicable Science preferred but not essential
