**Job Summary**

The Territory Manager is expected to manage the territory sales activities and to meet and exceed sales objectives by performing the duties mentioned below.

**Principal Duties and Resposibilities**
- Meets or exceed established Territory revenue commitment, and goals and KPIs.
- Manages Territory’s Education programs by way of promoting to all customers and potential customers to fill programs.
- Reports on territory trends/ changes and competitor activity.
- Creates a long-term sustainable business by best satisfying customers’ business and professional requirements.
- Represents ZimVie Dental in a professional manner and work within company policies, procedures and values.

**Education / Experience Requirements**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. **EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or customers.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference.

**COMPUTER SKILLS**: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point.

**REASONING ABILITY**: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

**Travel Requirements**

Significant and frequent travel on own territory (90%)

Infrequent international travel.
