We are looking for our next branch Supervisor to join our Dandenong VIC team, experience in the agricultural industry will be highly regarded as we want someone that can hit the ground running. Ideally you will have knowledge to bring and share with the team while learning how we do things.

This role is for someone with sales experience who is ready to take the next steps in the career as you will be dealing with some of our most important and technical accounts.

As the Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a person who is looking for professional growth opportunities with our wider group.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Support** the branch manager with the day-to-day running of the branch
- **Provide** customer service
- counter sales and via phone
- **Attend **to general and sales enquiries
- **Assist** with pick packing orders

**To be successful in this role you need**:

- **Good experience** in solution selling Agriculture industry Products, Driveline systems, and services.
- **Mechanical **aptitude **with** industrial product knowledge is **advantageous**:

- Good Customer service skills through proven work history
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
- Team player to support other areas when required
