**The Opportunity
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.

Working as part of the high performing sales team, the Client Partnerships Manager will be tasked with owning and driving revenue growth across multi-media channels by engaging with both new and existing clients. In addition you will:

- Deliver against your individual category sales target by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunity, enabling you to provide updates on business reporting, including accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management for your allocated patch
- Protect and grow existing revenue within your category patch
- Identify, qualify, pitch and secure opportunities for new business leads, driving revenue growth in your patch
- Responsible for multi-channel selling across Cartology's media offering to meet client business objectives
- Become an expert in your patch, understanding key activation timings, promotional plans and customer behaviour
- Be a spokesperson in market for Cartology, with a solid understanding of our point of difference and how we can add value to our clients
- Engage with contacts across all levels of seniority in your client base, building great business relationships and ensure you have an understanding of your clients’ key strategies
- Embed yourself in the Woolworths commercial team to ensure Cartology sales activity is aligned with the Woolworths marketing strategy & buyer category plans
- Take an active lead in client engagements including presentations, workshops and other industry events, with support from your manager as required
- Use Cartology’s unparalleled access to customer data to build proposals that drive a positive outcome for your clients, Woolworths and our customers
- Embed & ensure you adopt a customer-first & mentality
- Role modelling the purpose and values of our team in all your actions

**About You
You are a highly motivated sales leader, with a passion for creating insight lead and customer centrics shopper marketing and brand campaigns with a bias for action.

You are energised by a fast paced environment and consider yourself to be a skilled relationship builder, with the ability to foster strong partnerships with new and existing clients alike. In addition you will bring:

- Demonstrated success in growing multi-channel media sales across a range of different clients
- Experience with selling digital media based on target audience characteristics.
- Experience in demonstrating a clients Return on Investment to drive repeat business through the use of data
- Experience of working with data and insights sources to build strong campaign proposals
- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with multiple client contacts to deliver positive outcomes
- Experience with the successful introduction of new digital media products
- Experience in sales of “though the line” media campaigns**Grow with the Group
