**About us** As part of Altius Group Executive Health Solutions is the leading provider of corporate health programs throughout Australia. We are seeking a full time motivated Client Services Liaison/Administrator to work in our Health Assessment Centre located in Darlinghurst.

**Your new role**:
Are you looking for a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same? As a Client Service Liaison, you'll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and clients in a professional and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits.
- Welcome clients with a light breakfast before their assessments ensuring they start their experience on a positive note. You will also ensure the space remains tidy and ready for the next client
- Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Organize and manage the filing and screening of medical records.
- Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of client medical reports.
- Support the Manager with various tasks as needed.

- Prior office experience, ideally in a professional setting.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
