**The Role**
The Campaign Manager role is responsible for ensuring their campaign team is adhering to all booking and production processes, SLA’s and maintaining the teams client centric focus. This role will partner with their designated sales team and clients, including providing reporting on the status of campaign life cycles.
The governance of the campaign management process within your team is essential to ensure success and seamless delivery of campaigns in your vertical.
**Team Management**
- Lead and mentor your designated campaign team vertical to deliver best in class service to their designated sales team, clients and agencies.
- Maintaining your team's client centric focus and driving excellence in client experience across all Cartology campaigns
- Ensure your team is acting as one touch point providing support pre, during and post campaigns for clients and agencies.
- Continue to educate your team on changes to Cartology products, channels, processes, guidelines and systems
- Campaign Management - Bookings & Production
- Ensure your team vertical is trafficking campaign bookings inline with all processes, frameworks and SLA’s.
- Maintain Salesforce booking data integrity including accurate SKU validation and client approved quotes
- Your team vertical must maintain a clear and accurate view of inventory availability by media channel and format, and adhere to capacity guidelines and restrictions.
- Ensure adherence to production workflow SLA’s within your teams vertical including brand guidelines, internal approvals, checkpoints and timeframes.
- Manage and report on your teams production workflow statuses including highlighting any at risk items. Ensure these are communicated to all impacted stakeholders.
- Governance of the campaign management process within your team is essential to ensure success and seamless delivery of client campaigns
- Ensure your teams presence and participation in all relevant sales and channel meetings to provide insights and campaign updates to all relevant stakeholders
- Work with all relevant channel stakeholders to ensure Cartology are always utilising the correct specs and guidelines per media channel
**Systems & Reporting**
- Ensure your team is utilising the booking platform system and you are running the relevant booking status reports weekly
- Provide weekly reporting to the Campaign Operations Manager on the status and life cycle of campaigns within your teams vertical. Highlight any opportunities for improvement or barriers to overcome.
- Continually track and monitor your team verticals production workflows and workload in the MRM system. Provide these as weekly reports to the Campaign Operations Manager
**Partnering**
- Ensure both your, and your team's communication of on time, accurate campaign elements to delivery teams for implementation.
- Work with channel delivery partners to resolve any bottlenecks or issues that occur for campaigns in your patch
- Forge partnerships with the sales team in your nominated vertical and ensure your team has open lines of communication with their designated reps daily.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams within the wider Woolworths ecosystem.
**About You**
To be a successful Campaign Manager you must have proven success leading campaign management teams with a strong understanding of our retail store environment and operations.
Be a great manager and mentor to your teams and take a “governance approach across all projects.
You must have the ability to overcome challenges and be solution focused to provide mutually beneficial outcomes for both Cartology and our clients and agencies.
Ensure adherence and reporting to strict deadlines across campaigns for all of our media channels. Organisational skills and a methodical approach to working are critical.
