**The Opportunity
**We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Partnership Executive to join the team, due to internal promotion. Reporting into the Group Client Partnerships and Sales Manager, you will provide insight and administrative support to ensure high levels of service for our clients, attributing to the growth of one of Australia’s leading retail media businesses.

This external and internal facing position will require you to work cross functionally with a multitude of stakeholders, including clients (Marketing, Brand), Commercial teams, Marketing teams as well as Operations, Strategy, Finance, Product as well as the Client Partnership Team, to deliver strategic proposals and post campaign reports. Responsibities include:

- Supporting the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team & production
- Day to day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Provide Partnership Managers with compliance reporting & escalate any issues or concerns
- Work with finance and commercial team to support client billings queries
- Support incoming queries from clients
- Be the internal and external sales point of contact for campaign delivery
- Support the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline management
- Provide administrative support to the client partnerships team to enable them to achieve their targets

**About You
- Good understanding or an interest in digital advertising and media sales
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Superb presentation, interaction, and communication
