**Description**:
About the Role

Fleetwood Urban are looking to engage with a dynamic, driven, and experienced Business Development Officer to join our high performing team, based in either Brisbane, Geelong or Sydney.

This role exists to provide a steady pipeline of project opportunities that can be researched, nurtured, and handed over to our Client Relations team to convert to a win.

**Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**:

- Lead generation through follow-up and introductions
- Initial point of contact for all new opportunity enquiries
- Setting calendar appointments for Client Relations team
- Client presentations
- Review of leads to progress through to Client Relations team
- Educating the market with regards to our product offering

Maintaining and updating Salesforce CRM with all activity undertaken

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
- Experience in phone-call follow-up
- Experience in dealing with architects and specifiers
- Proven ability to drill into detail to get the information required
- Persistent and consistent performance
- Friendly, yet professional
- Proven ability to work with a team
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with superior attention to detail
- Highly motivated and dynamic lateral thinker
- Construction Industry (preferred)
