- Accounts Office Administrator _to join their dynamic team in their brand-new offices in the Norwest Business Park.
**About the role**:
- General Admin and Office support
- Customer invoicing and supplier statement reconciliations
- Process credit cards, supplier prepayments, AMEX, and expenses
- Reception duties including answering phones, visitor care, and meeting set-up
- Arrange and manage staff travel
- Support and coordinate office social events
- File and archive records
- Full-time in-office role
**About you**:
- You may be new to admin work, but have a desire to learn and grow
- Have a high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Demonstrate high initiative and be self-motivated
- Accounting & book-keeping experience and knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office, XERO experience highly desirable
- Immaculate presentation
- Positive and enthusiastic personality a must
