**The Role**
Part of the Customer Service team, you will be handling enquires, complaints & escalations, with your duties including but not be limited to:
- Continuous retention of the customer through service bookings (inbound)
- Proactive engagement on the ownership lifecycle of their vehicle (inbound and outbound)
- Attend to customer complaints, ensuring these are positively resolved within a timely manner
- Provide fast speed of response to customers through any channel, in line with KPI expectations.
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (WFH available)
- **Hourly Rate**: $30-$33 per hour + super
- **Contract**: 3-month contract with view to extend or go permanent
- **Location**: Norwest Business Park, 2153 - free parking available on-site
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- **Previous experience dealing with high volume complaints/escalations is a must (can be in person or in a call centre environment)**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Call centre experience desirable
