What You'll Do

  • Visit and build strong partnerships with
    education agents
    ,
    clients
    , and
    industry networks
    .
  • Engage with
    prospective students
    , provide counselling, and support them through the enrolment process.
  • Represent AUSTRA College at
    education expos, events, and networking functions
    .
  • Collaborate with our marketing and admissions teams to hit exciting growth targets.
  • Manage CRM records, student enquiries, and day-to-day admin tasks that keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in
    education, student recruitment, or business development
    (VET/CRICOS experience highly valued).
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and ready to travel locally or interstate when needed.
