Reporting to the Enterprise Portfolio Office Group Manager, the Portfolio Governance Coordinator will be responsible for supporting portfolio practices' structure, strategy and policies to drive successful and efficient delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide coordination support and assistance to the Workforce Planning Team and the EPO Governance Team during the transition to the new tools and ways of working
- Provide administrative support to the Teams during the transition and embedment of the Portfolio Operating Rhythm
- Manage and maintain the Portfolio Operating Rhythm by arranging the meeting schedule/calendar, invites, agendas and committee packs.
- Support the Portfolio Operating Rhythm by managing the actions, issues and risk register
- Maintain the EPO frameworks, methodologies and governance artefacts and coordinate EPO educations sessions

**About You**

You are a passionate project/PMO professional with proven success working in an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), supporting corporate strategy and a portfolio of strategic programs and projects. Preferably across a range of industries, including the energy industry.

You are a strong communicator with skills using Microsoft analysis tools, including PowerBi, Excel, Project, and EPPM products, to enable the development of tools that will identify and report emerging portfolio issues.
