**Your Impact**

We are seeking a senior Portfolio Governance leader with a passion for optimising complex project portfolios and driving organisational transformation. You will shape the future of our strategic projects, build world-class project management capabilities, and ensure our initiatives deliver exceptional business value.

You will shape best practice in how we govern and manage projects by centralising project management processes, creating a unified view of the overall portfolio, and providing actionable insights into strategic project performance.

You will lead the development of Asahi’s "One Asahi" project operating model—driving consistency, visibility, and effectiveness across all critical and complex projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Design and implement a best practice governance framework that enhances risk management and delivers consistency across the organisation.
- Oversee the performance of strategic projects, tracking key metrics such as benefits, costs, scope, and risk.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to drive effective decision-making and optimise outcomes.
- Ensure project management processes are fully aligned with Asahi’s business rhythms, particularly Integrated Business Planning (IBP), to create synergies and maximise impact across the organisation.
- Collaborate with key functions to ensure resource alignment and capability management across the portfolio, providing clear guidance and supporting tools.
- Build internal capability of teams to adhere to best practices, ensuring the quality and integrity of project structures and deliverables.

**About you**
- Extensive experience in senior PMO/ portfolio governance roles, within a large FMCG or retail organisation
- Strong understanding of best practice project management models, methodology, tools and governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead process change in a transformation environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, allowing you to track portfolio performance, make data-driven decisions, and drive improvements that enhance project delivery across the board.
- Proven experience in building, leading and mentoring high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management
