**Responsibilities**
- **Project Focus**: Lead and support project-focused initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with overall portfolio goals.
- **Portfolio Coordination**: Act as the central point of contact for project managers, streamlining communication and facilitating efficient project execution.
- **Visualisation and Deck Preparation**: Demonstrate a keen eye for visualising complex project data and preparing compelling decks and presentations to communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes.
- **Multi-Project Juggling**: Skilfully manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimised.
- **Chasing Project Managers**: Proactively engage with project managers to gather necessary updates, milestones, and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- **Process Optimisation**: Challenge existing processes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project and portfolio efficiency.
- **Critical Thinking**: Bring a fresh perspective to the team, questioning assumptions and encouraging creative problem-solving.

**Requirements**:

- Exposure to project coordination and portfolio management is a plus but not essential.
- Proficiency in visualising data and creating impactful presentations.
- Organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements.
- Solid MS Office Skills
