**What a week in the life of a Program Coordinator looks like.....**
- Provide project support services to projects supporting aspects of program delivery by providing a cross-program view on risk, schedule, change, quality, and finance
- Preparation, scheduling and reporting of portfolio information for the transformation team and senior audience
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete information available on all projects in the portfolio
- Manage the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool to ensure portfolio information & structure remains accurate & up to date
- Support the PMO Manager in preparation for Steering Committee and Stakeholder updates
- Ensure that the timing of project execution in the program is conducted within the capacity of the organisation by a thorough analysis of requirements and collation of resources required
- Provide support and guidance to project managers on the project methodology, tools and templates

**What makes you stand out?**
You have an inclusive and consultative communication style, allowing you to work with and influence across all levels of an organisation. Your project toolkit might consist of P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices) and Project Management practices. Understanding organisational change management processes and experience in integrating with project management would also be highly adventitious (but not essential).

You are an adaptable and proactive individual, with previous experience working in complex and maturing environments, uplifting and implementing governance and PMO procedure.
