**Role Purpose / Mission**:

- Drive retail sales in respective cities/ location across local market and travel retail
- Define retail strategy per location/ retailer/ POS in coordination with Retail Director to align sales target and means to achieve it.
- Ensure service excellence across all POS and by developing the best BA team.

**Main Accountabilities**:
**Retail Management**
- Achieve Retail sales and Retail KPI’s follow-up via internal tools (Retail dashboard, CRM system, Art of Perfection tracking, Art of Beauty KPI’s)
- Define and plan retail strategy based on global and market priorities via monthly planning.
- Put in place BA incentives and mechanism to drive sales within brand guidelines and strategy. Monitor/ Follow-up/ adjust when necessary.
- Prepare monthly report with competition analysis, best practice on the market, operators’ activities, key information on the retail trends in the region to be shared during monthly team meeting.
- Build strong work relationship and partnership with store management.
- Roll-out of CRM global initiatives locally
- Ensures consistent implementation of generosity guidelines in store.
- Handle if any customer complaints/ liaise with Customer service and Clients affair case by case.

**BA Development**
- Motivate and Care for the team by increasing engagement and loyalty to the brand.
- Ensure BA’s strive to introduce the complete ritual to drive sales and UPT.
- Ensure BA headcount is fulfilled in all locations and high motivation is delivered consistently throughout the year.
- Work closely with Education Manager and Retail coach to fill the gaps in Education needs (per store, per BA if needed)
- Acquire brand and product knowledge to be a relay of information to BA’s (on top of Education team)
- Work closely with Retail Director to ensure all key messages are cascaded down to BAs as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure Art of Perfection at counter and Art of Beauty in Facial Cabins have clear KPI’s and targets are reached on monthly basis.
- Ensure BA’s follow the CRM guidelines and record all data required.
- Ensure grooming guidelines are implemented and maintained by all team members.

**Brand image and VM**
- Ensure brand image is well respected online and offline.
- Work with SDVM team for all store visuals/ theme changeover per store, update planograms accordingly
- Coordinate with SDVM team and support for store renovation and openings
- Responsible for execution of Outposts and animations, VIP events
- Communicate store specifics to design team to create optimal designs for new installations with a focus on shop floor reality.
- Reports all required information and pictures to management.
- Support team with installation report of new fixture.

**Requirement**:

- University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- 3 years of experience in Retail, preferably in a luxury environment, with high standards of Client knowledge
- Passionate business driver and sales professional
- Cares about the people in the team. Ability to build a positive team culture and work in partnership with others
- Inspiring leadership and change management skills
- Independent, self-driven
- Understands luxury and its codes
- Structured approach to planning and KPI measuring
- Excellence in retail execution, attention to detail in store environment and in planning
- Willing to travel and spend 80% of time in store
- Advanced knowledge of MS office
- Fluent in English
