**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- As a Service Manager at Snydeticom, you’ll be embedded at our customers’ premise, working closely with their teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your mission: to oversee the supply and isntallation of AV systems and related services, manage BAU activities, and drive maintenance contracts with precision and excellence. From planning and pricing to implementation, tracking, and control, you’ll own every stage of the project lifecycle - ensuring safety, timelines and budgetary success. This isn’t just about managing projects - it’s about delivering high-quality AV solutions, building strong client relationships, and making a tangible impact through technical expertise and exceptional service delivery.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Proposal Management**: Generate and review proposals with clearly defined scopes; Provide accurate estimates to mitigate risk.

**Client Relationship Building**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and site meetings; Ensure timely responses to client requests.

**Project Coordination**:Allocate field resources effectively to meet job expectations and financial constraints; Manage materials procurement and liaise with suppliers; Conduct quality and safety checks on site, ensuring compliance with WHS standards.

**Financial Management**:Generate invoices and assess ongoing project esimations; Maintain profitability through regular review of internal quoting systems; Accurate reporting of daily, weekly and monthly milestones of the project.

**Quality Assurance**:Perform routine and ad-hoc quality and Work Health Safety checks on site; Implement and review quality assurance procedures for all personnel.

**Qualifications**: ACMA General Cabling Licence or Electrical Licence preferred; Certification in Vendor Training; OH&S General Induction for Construction Work in NSW (White Card); Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience working in the Audio-Visual industry.
- Sound AV installation and commissioning experience.
- Management of internal resources of tradespersons.
- Proven customer experience.
