MCoBeauty, Australia's most exciting and innovative beauty brand, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. Due to significant growth, we are seeking a proactive, analytical, and solutions-orientated member of our team.

The primary focus of the role is to facilitate and support the overall business, develop quality assurance plans, direct internal stakeholders, and manufacturers, manage key controls, and coordinate the deployment of quality systems and certification processes within an organisation.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Conducting internal audits
- Working on improving processes and efficiencies
- Assisting management with driving and leading the quality audit processes
- Complying with government legislation, regulation and, guidelines
- Keeping abreast of industry changes and assessing the potential impact of these changes on company processes
- Guiding management and the business on the introduction or maintenance of quality system required for the business
- implementing with management new statistical ways to monitor quality control
- Approving all inbound inventory meets approved quality standards prior to release.
- Ensuring all product is compliant with our retailer policies and procedures
- Management of batch codes via NetSuite ERP
- Monitoring of product shelf life and expiry date management
- Drafting and executing of policies and procedures as required and regularly reviewing current policies and procedures to ensure they comply with relevant legislations, standards and guidelines
- Developing and streamlining best practice quality assurance methods
- Developing and maintaining systems to record and monitor compliance for certain areas of the company
- Participating in and completing special projects as required
- Reviewing contracts proposed by suppliers, analysing terms and conditions
- To have accountability for all quality activities at our facility.
- Maintain and lead quality system to meet internal and external audits.
- Participate and drive compliance to the order review process.
- Collect and categorise flaws by root cause.
- Collaborate with entire organisation to develop reporting, root cause analysis and solutions.
- Highlight to management process non-compliance and opportunities for improvement.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Quality Assurance experience in the cosmetics category.
- A bachelor degree or a minimum of 5 years’ supply chain management experience within FMCG / retail / other B2C organizations, part of which would ideally have been gained within a “best in class” quality assurance / supply chain organization
- Experienced, results-driven, and hands-on Quality Assurance professional who is comfortable operating in complex and diverse environments and has a proven track record of improving efficiency and upgrading the Quality Assurance function in an organization
- Understanding of international and national freight logistics
- Analytical and numerically strong. Makes fact-based decisions and prioritises accordingly
- A thorough understanding of product development and product lifecycle is advantageous
- Ability to develop insights that continuously improve company execution
- Strong exposure and understanding of production, distribution, and logistics
- High computer literacy with strong understanding of stock management systems
- GS1 / Global Standards understanding
- Proactive attitude, initiatives taking and ability to work in a project mode
- Be able to influence and challenge as well as adapting quickly and manage priorities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and in cross-functional teams

**Salary**: $85,000 to $90,000 + Superannuation

This role is based from our HQ based in Rosebery, NSW and may require interstate and overseas travel to support the expansion of the business.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
