**Full-Time Assistant Warehouse Manager - Rosebery, NSW**:
As the Assistant Warehouse Manager at Incu, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse. Collaborating closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will help coordinate supplier shipments, prepare inbound deliveries in ERP system, and communicate stock delivery discrepancies ensuring correct stock outcome is achieved. You will help oversee the daily activities of the warehouse staff, maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and productivity. Your commitment to excellence and exceptional organisational skills will be key in upholding our stock fulfilment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination and order processing
- Help supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes and reconciling discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate with the Buying and Retail teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to stores, minimising stock shortages and overages
- Implement and enforce WHS protocols to create a secure working environment for all warehouse personnel
- Oversee the fulfilment process of all sales orders, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and efficiently
- Report on warehouse stock movements, and stock movements to and from stores to ensure all stock is accounted for
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and optimise warehouse procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions
- Assist with the training and development of warehouse staff, fostering a positive team culture and promoting continuous growth
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to warehouse operations, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity

Competencies required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a retail or distribution environment
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building positive relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office suite
