MCoBeauty and ModelCo are two of Australia's fastest growing beauty brands, found in beauty mecca's globally. Due to significant growth, we are seeking a proactive and passionate Casual Retail Merchandiser to service the areas listed below. This role is 2 to 3 full days per week, with the expectation of a 4th day within business needs.

The primary role will be to ensure the products are displayed in the right stores, at the right time and in the correct quantities. This involves working closely with Retailer Management to execute promotions and ensure stock levels are relevant to promotional calendar. You will be accountable for ensuring your allocated area is well serviced and continuing to grow in sales. A high-level of negotiation and relationship management is an absolute necessity.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Locating, negotiating and displaying eye-catching product displays
- Creating key relationships with retail staff & managers
- Negotiate increased stock orders and prime locations in-store for off-locations
- Stock counts and adjustments
- Ensuring promotions are displayed correctly and on time
- Locating stock and displaying according to planogram
- Implementing POG relays when required
- Train and update staff where possible

**Ideally you are**:

- Self-driven, efficient and motivated
- A quick learner
- A people person willing to build relationships with retail employees
- Detail-orientated and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced highly demanding work environment
- Experience working within an FMCG environment
- Able to influence and challenge as well as adapting quickly to re-prioritise tasks
- Flexibility to work different hours as required
- Ready to work within some large retailers including Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Best and Less and BIG W
- Must have: Your own ABN, access to a vehicle, a valid NSW drivers’ licence, mobile phone, laptop/computer and regular access to a printer
- Proof of vaccination status
