We have a Full Time opportunity for an experienced Buyer to develop fashion ranges which are consistent with the brand’s strategy to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver optimum profit and growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Head of Product in establishing a clear vision of a distinct and stylish fashion offer that can inspire and delight the customer
- Build balanced ranges which maximise sales and minimise markdown
- Negotiate with the supply base to deliver value for money, quality products that achieve product margin targets
- Achieve budgeted sales and margin through continuous review of performance, market opportunities and product trends
- Maintain a full understanding of the customer through regular store visits and customer research
- Monitor current competitor activity, price position and product offer, taking action on identified opportunities
- Actively engage in feedback from customers through surveys, store communications, on line and social media
- Constantly review performance and future range intentions to proactively drive the brand’s competitive edge

**About You**

You have strong customer and relationship management skills and are solutions focused. Additionally you possess the following:

- Experience in fashion buying and leading a team
- Analytical ability, numeric accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task

**Benefits**

The successful applicant will join the Mosaic family. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between $80,000 to $100,000 dependant on experience, a supportive work environment and generous staff discounts across all brands. We are a progressive retail company that offers opportunities and development at every step.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
