The role is customer-based so excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must. Ultimately, we are seeking someone who is prepared to ‘roll up their sleeves and support the team with any number of office and warehouse duties to ensure that our customers are serviced well and in a timely manner. The applicant must have full working rights in Australia.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Customer support and enquiries
- Assist in processing customer orders
- Provide support for Sales and Warehouse teams
- Provide support to the Accounts team
- Data entry plus other day-to-day activities
- Liaise with transport companies for the collection & delivery of products locally & interstate
- Assisting with controlling inventory levels/stock transfers.

**Experience**
- Experience in customer service
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player attitude with a strong work ethic
- High fluency in English
- Be confident, willing to learn quickly, and take direction well
