Our Opportunity
Supporting the delivery of People and Culture Services, this role will provide remuneration, benefit and reporting research, analysis, advice, and information to ensure we provide a world class employee experience.
With a focus on standardisation and differentiation across ANZ, this role will also involve the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of policies, guidelines, metrics, solutions, systems and processes, which support the business priorities.

**Key deliverables for this role focus on**:

- Job Evaluation, Pricing and Market Data
- Facilitation of Annual Salary Reviews and Incentive Plans
- Delivering People and Culture reporting

About You

**The successful applicant for this role will have**:

- A degree qualification in HR, Analytics, Statistics or Finance
- 3+ years' experience in remuneration and benefits, analytics, and metrics
- 2+ years' Kron Ferry Hay Job Evaluation experience
- Advanced knowledge of required remuneration software and systems
