**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Renumeration and Benefits Manager to join our People & Culture team in this full time permanent position. The successful incumbent will build and maintain a fit for purpose reward and recognition program.
**Duties**:
- Embed a rigorous and disciplined approach to market reward
- Continue annual rem and bonus cycle improvements and implement a high quality outcome
- Manage the Reward software and supplier
- Improve rem capability through education
- Assist with position matching
- Develop and implement LTIP communication strategy
**Skills and experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience conducting successful remuneration reviews
- Demonstrated knowledge of reward and recognition practices
- Ability to develop strong, productive partnerships and engage key stakeholders
