Remuneration Specialist Position

The team is accountable for delivering high-quality deliverables to senior management, the Board, and regulators ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures and market benchmarking.
- Develop clear, concise, and well-structured materials for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies.
- Advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation including producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or remuneration related role.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
- Experienced user of core Microsoft Office applications.
