**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious **Remuneration & Reward Specialist** to join our People & Safety team and work from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Adelaide

Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Remuneration and Benefits, you will implement remuneration and benefits programs including the annual remuneration review, various sales and non-sales incentive plans, long-term incentives, service anniversaries and team member benefits programs including Wesfarmers group programs.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Support the delivery of the annual remuneration review
- Evaluate and benchmark positions against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges
- Assist in the design, development and delivery of short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Contribute to the preparation of employee communications and briefings, including internal management reports
- Support the design and delivery of employee salary structures and benefit programs
- Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legislation requirements

To be successful, you will have:

- HR or Finance background with specific experience in remuneration and reward
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to undertake job evaluations, market data reviews and job-levelling
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced excel skills, data literacy and analytical skills
