With your expertise, we'll attract and retain top talent while ensuring a competitive edge in the market. **Responsibilities** - Remuneration:_ - Craft an innovative remuneration framework that magnetizes and motivates high-performing individuals. - Stay ahead of the curve by conducting external remuneration benchmarking, providing valuable insights that keep us competitive. - Fine-tune our internal remuneration practices, ensuring they align with market standards. - Introduce a dynamic job leveling approach that recognizes and rewards excellence. - Lead the charge in end-to-end salary review processes, from budgeting to seamless execution and effective communication. - Elevate Benefits Strategy:_ - Develop a compelling benefits strategy that reflects our company vision and enhances our vibrant culture. - Administer a suite of enticing benefits, including exclusive employee discounts. - collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless benefits implementation and exceptional employee experiences. - Pioneer innovative mobility policies and systems, enhancing employee satisfaction and travel benefits. - Forge strong partnerships with travel partners, monitoring performance and service levels to deliver outstanding experiences. - Strategic Partnerships:_ - Team up with PE Business Partners, providing expert reward advice and guidance. - Collaborate closely with Finance and Payroll teams, ensuring smooth remuneration and benefits processes, accurate reporting, and compliance. - Drive Reward Management:_ - Become the mastermind behind the annual reward calendar, communicating it effectively to stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver captivating Annual Remuneration Reports that showcase our commitment to fair and competitive compensation. - Implement robust remuneration and benefit policies, processes, and systems that empower our workforce. - Lead and Inspire:_ - Take the reins as a team leader, nurturing performance, engagement, and development within the rewards and benefits team. **Knowledge & Experience** - Proficient in consulting, negotiation, and facilitation, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Possess a comprehensive understanding of organisational policies and practices. - Thorough knowledge of Remuneration & Benefits best practices. - Advanced numeracy, analysis, and spreadsheet skills to conduct in-depth data analysis. - Demonstrated business knowledge and understanding of industry trends and practices. - Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills to foster strong partnerships. - Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. - Up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation and practices related to being an "Employer of Choice." - Ability to effectively partner with business units and provide valuable insights and support. - Proficient in business partnering to align HR strategies with organisational objectives. **Perks and Benefits**: - Enjoy a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining the best of remote and office environments. - Access a complimentary mobile plan and NBN 100 plan, keeping you connected both at work and in your personal life. - Experience the freedom of additional annual leave through "Your Leave" program. - Fuel your growth with access to TPG Learning Hub and internal development opportunities. - Take advantage of exclusive corporate partner discounts.
