**THE ORGANISATION**
This ASX listed business is an exciting and evolving business. Due to changes within the business, this opportunity has emerged for a Remuneration & Benefits professional to assist with some projects.

**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Head of Remuneration, and as a member of a national team, you will develop and implement the strategy, build relationships with the senior management team and ensure the business continues to be competitive. One of the key pieces of work will be to review and streamline the current contracts as well as build up some remuneration tables for the group.

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced remuneration professional who has experience ideally of working within ASX listed organisations. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
