**Description**:
The Opportunity
The Change Management Lead position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact by driving employee adoption and usage of critical business changes. This role focuses on the people side of transformation, ensuring that changes in business processes, systems, technology, and organisational structures are implemented smoothly and effectively. By developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, you will help maximize the benefits of these initiatives, enhancing value creation, ROI, and overall business outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- Focus on increasing employee adoption and minimising resistance to business changes.
- Prepare and deliver key change management tools such as stakeholder engagement plans, training plans, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate closely with communications and business leaders to align messaging and training efforts.
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks to project delivery.
- Track and report on change management progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Evaluate the success of change initiatives, providing insights for future improvements.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you'll bring**:
- Genuine interest in social justice and the not-for-profit sector.
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management (OCM) or a related discipline.
- Strong ability to deliver creative and effective change solutions in a hands-on role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing change strategies in large, complex organisations.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and align change plans to project goals.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build productive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing competing priorities and high workloads while maintaining quality.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams through change.
