Our Client Woodside an Energy Operator in Perth CBD are currently seeking a Planning Coordinator to join them for a 12 month contract.

Company has approved an Accommodation Support Vessel to be alongside Pluto Alpha platform to facilitate liquidation of multiple work scope fronts where there are not enough beds available on the platform. In order to ensure this work is completed successfully, it requires an embedded planning coordinator to enable effective and efficient management of circa 120-150 personnel, plan and re-plan based on daily progress, lock in the finalised scope, prioritise who does what when and coordinate between three business areas/scope owners: Pluto Water Handling Project, Pluto Campaign Maintenance team and the Pluto Turnaround team

This position integrates all planned activities from Projects, Maintenance and other Functional Areas to support a producing asset

**Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Accountable for compliance with the Integrated Activity Planning Standard and other planning processes and business rules
- Responsible for monitoring and updating Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) including the 28 Day and 120 Day planning horizons
- Responsible for facilitating Planning/Scheduling Meetings with projects and Maintenance
- Responsible for effective interaction with all key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and thoroughly challenged input in the Integrated Plan from all functions
- Responsible for integration and rationalisation of activities to maximise production and minimise deferment
- Responsible for technical and economical input into decision making process of activity prioritization to achieve the most efficient use of resources, avoid clashes and ensure attainment of company objectives
- Responsible for proactive identification of any significant changes to planned activities and their impact on production, operations and targets
- Responsible for controlling POB database and highlight potential conflicts & resource/bedding constraints (offshore facilities)
- Responsible for meeting all Offshore Execution reporting requirements (S-Curve, Daily Report etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring all functions are on track and meeting required deadlines
- Degree in engineering (or equivalent suitable industry experience)
- Knowledge/experienced user of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Wish to become a centre of planning intelligence and effectively influence operations
- Experience in resource levelling in particular offshore
