Job Title: Planning and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling business operations, ensuring seamless workflow and alignment with stakeholder objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Team Leader in planning and coordinating business operations;
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, customer codes of practice, and operational licensing requirements;
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, private organizations, government agencies, and internal business units;
  • Developing new processes and exploring new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary degree in business or relevant experience;
  • Extensive experience in work planning, scheduling, and resource management, with a strong emphasis on field operations;
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a workforce in alignment with OHS policies, procedures, and best practices;
  • Proven experience in shaping and implementing customer-focused policies, driving process improvements, and leading change management initiatives.
