Overview:
The main function of the
**Planning Coordinator** is to integrate all planned activities from Projects, Maintenance and other Functional Areas to support a producing asset.

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for compliance with the Integrated Activity Planning Standard and other planning processes and business rules
- Responsible for monitoring and updating Integrated Activity Plans **(IAP**) including the 28 Day and 120 Day planning horizons
- Responsible for facilitating Planning/Scheduling Meetings with projects and Maintenance
- Responsible for effective interaction with all key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and thoroughly challenged input in the Integrated Plan from all functions
- Responsible for proactive identification of any significant changes to planned activities and their impact on production, operations and targets
- Responsible for controlling POB database and highlight potential conflicts & resource/bedding constraints (offshore facilities)
- Responsible for meeting all Offshore Execution reporting requirements (S-Curve, Daily Report etc.)

Qualifications:
**Skills and Experience**:

- Degree in engineering (or equivalent suitable industry experience)
- Knowledge/experienced user of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Wish to become a centre of planning intelligence and effectively influence operations
- Experience in **resource levelling in particular offshore**
