**The Company**
We’ve partnered with a well-known commercial broker that provides a range of services to the heavy motor, logistics and transport industries. They have offices across all major cities and are known for their professionalism, integrity and commitment to meeting the needs of their clients.
**The Role**
In this role, you will be supported by a leadership team that understands the importance of addressing clients’ needs, whilst working as a close-knit team.
Reporting to a highly experienced Claims Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing your own end to end claims portfolio of various commercial insurance claims within heavy motor, transport and logistics industries
- Ability to problem solve and find the best outcome for the client
- Be able to work well autonomously, and in a team
- Liaising with various stakeholders - Account Managers, Clients, and Insurers
**About You**
Using your Customer Service superpowers, you will be dedicated in negotiating the best solution and outcomes for your clients.
**What we’re looking for**:
- 2 + years’ experience in claims (either personal/domestic or commercial)
- Experience in managing a claims portfolio from end to end
- Passion for customer service coupled by strong verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible approach to solution driven client consulting
- A willingness & commitment to learn
