**About the role**
- We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Claims Administrator/ Case Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team.
- This role is varied and will include managing claims from quote through to repair completion, liaising with Insureds, Insurers, Brokers, Trades & Loss Adjustors.
- We are a Tier 1 & award-winning Insurance builder with long standing relationships with major insurers and a steady (and rapidly growing) portfolio of work.

**About You**
- You will be enthusiastic to learn, happy to pick up the phone, and have a great attitude.
- Have the ability to work diligently & independently.
- Must have previous experience in a claims or case manager role either in Residential or Commercial Insurance for an insurer, loss adjustor or broker.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
**Duties & responsibilities**
- Assist customers in their time of need with empathy and kindness through management of a portfolio / split of commercial insurance claims.
- Proactively manage claims delivering & quality customer service by meeting and exceeding claims SLA’s
- Accurately and efficiently assess what next steps need to occur on a claim and keep stakeholders informed at all times.
