**The Role**
This is a newly created role with our client growing their Queensland office. Working on a varied portfolio of commercial claims such as contract works, motor, property, liability, ML and cyber.

As the Claims Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims for leading Australian companies throughout the entire claim lifecycle in close consultation with the client, loss adjusters and insurers.

You’ll be responsible for advocating on behalf of the client, document management reporting and ensuring the insurer promptly settles and finalises claims in an effective manner.
- Delivery of end-to-end management of a portfolio of claims across multiple product lines
- Analyse and respond to the first notification of the claim
- Appointing and instructing loss adjusters were required
- Providing detailed advice to the client regarding the strategy and steps to be taken to ensure a resolution to the claim
- Identifying files that are to be actively pursued through all avenues of recovery
- Identifying and reporting on relevant trends within the claim portfolio
- Providing timely and useful advice and reporting to insurers regarding claim developments and reserves
- Identifying and obtaining relevant quantum and investigation documentation as required within the client organisation.
- Identifying claims at risk of litigation and taking the required steps to ensure the necessary commercially focused steps are taken

**About You**
We’re looking for a talented claims individual with a passion for client advocacy, who also has the following experience.
- 2 + years end-to-end claims management experience
- Strong organisational skills with a willingness & commitment to learn
