**The Company**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of claims, which predominantly consists of Corporate & Commercial Heavy Motor Claims and Marine Transit & Cargo. You will join a collaborative and supportive team of highly experience claims consultants which are client focused.**About the Role**:
- Managing your own portfolio of Heavy motor claims including complex and total loss matters.
- Liaising with other insurers, brokers, claimants, repairers, and assessors over the phone and in writing.
- Ensuring that a strong client relationship is being maintained throughout the claims management process.
- **T**aking prompt action ensuring the clients vehicle/machinery is on the road/operating again as soon as possible.
**To be successful, you should possess the following**:
- Several years Motor claims management experience in Heavy or Commercial or Domestic motor.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a complex portfolio of motor claims with experience managing claims through to settlement and navigating around any setbacks which may arise.
- Proven high level communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Customer orientated approach.
- Eager to learn and progress your career in a challenging and supportive environment.
- Be quality focused while able to deal with high volumes of claims.
- Be willing to work as part of a team and contribute to the group dynamics.
