Claims Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in the role of Property Claims Consultant. The purpose of this role is to manage and support our property claims, end to end, and provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive clams management.

**_What are my accountabilities? _**
- End-to-end claims management incl. policy interpretation, liaising with stakeholders, settlement negotiation & claim resolution
- Proactively and strategically working with customers on identifying and driving solutions
- Oversight and management of 3rd party service providers

**About You**:

- Experience in commercial property claims
- A comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice
- Strong policy analysis and interpretation skills
- Exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills
- Collaborating with colleagues focused on high performance and exceeding expectations
