**About the Role**

In this dynamic position, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance on enrolment processes, course options, and student services. You will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging experience for students from their first interaction through to enrolment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with enrolment processes, ensuring students have all necessary documentation and support
- Guide students through their academic transition, making sure they feel informed and confident
- Coordinate orientation and scheduling to help students start their journey successfully
- Maintain accurate administrative records and support general office organisation
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless student engagement and retention

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly
- Experience in administrative support and record management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- A welcoming, professional, and solutions-oriented approach
