As a vital part of the broader Student Success Team, we play a key role in enhancing student experiences, ensuring smooth transitions, steady progression and outstanding achievements throughout the entire student journey.

Whether supporting domestic or international students, our commitment extends across all levels of study—undergraduate and postgraduate—both onshore in Australia and online. By aligning with university-wide initiatives, we strive to foster academic excellence and boost graduation outcomes for students around the globe.

The Role

As part of the Student Journey Services team, Student Success Officers play a crucial role in supporting the Student Success Specialist Team, which addresses complex student cases, international student needs and compliance requirements.

What you’ll bring to this role- A degree with subsequent work experience; or an equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education/training.- Experience in managing and providing excellent customer service.- High level of organisational, time and workload management skills.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Computing skills and experience using word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
