**Student and Academic Services Officer (Student Experience and Engagement)**
- Plan, promote and implement student events and activities such as Orientation and Graduation
- Create engaging student communications and social media content
- Contribute to a high quality ECC student experience
- Be the first point of contact for students enrolled at the College, handling enquiries and processing requests
- Work as part of a vibrant, collaborative team

**About the role**

The Student and Academic Services (SAS) Officer (Student Experience and Engagement) is responsible for providing high quality adminsitrative support across a broad range of academic and student services. The role covers both student-facing activities and back-office administration, across both ECC campuses - Joondalup and Mt Lawley.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- **Experience in Event Management**: Demonstrated experience in organizing and running successful events, preferably within a university or educational setting
- **Social Media Expertise**: Proficiency in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with a student audience.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
- **Creativity & Initiative**: A proactive approach to planning new initiatives, with a creative flair for designing events and online content.
- **Team Player**: Comfortable working within a team environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- **IT Skills**: Competency with Microsoft Office and other digital tools to assist with event planning, social media, and communication.
