**Job Description** Are you an experienced allied health professional looking for the next step in your career?**

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a talented, driven individual looking to join a small, but growing organisation in a pivotal leadership role.

Reporting directly to SIS Rehab’s Managing Director, the Business Manager will:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a small highly skilled, multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants.
- Strategically manage and drive a robust Occupational Rehabilitation and Early Intervention strategy and post-injury management system.
- Deliver tangible financial, operational and customer outcomes.
- Ensure best practice management of relationships with all parties involved

**Qualifications**
- AHPRA registration and qualification in one of the following disciplines: Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Psychology
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Passion for leading, coaching and developing others
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Highly organised, with effective time management
