Australian College of Business and Training Pty Ltd (RTO 40493) (AUSCBT) is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in delivering high-quality educational services. With an enthusiastic team, and a commitment to career progression, we are seeking a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to join us.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training and assessment services for BSB40120, BSB50120 or BSB60120 and other similar qualifications.
- Develop and update training materials to align with current industry standards.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage with industry partners to ensure course content remains current.
- Provide academic support to students through various platforms, including one-on-one consultations and group discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (REQUIRED).
- Extensive experience in management and leadership roles
- Previous experience in delivering BSB40120, BSB50120 or BSB60120 or similar qualifications.
- Strong understanding of ASQA compliance and AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Subcontract, Casual, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $66.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
