Create your best future and join Westpac as a **Business Banking Manager.** **What’s the role?** As a Business Banking Manager, you will be key to achieving Business Bank’s vision of strengthening Australian businesses. You will build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborating with Senior Business Banking Managers, you will manage a portfolio of SME customers. Your duties include conducting customer needs assessments to provide business and consumer solutions - such as transactional services, business loans, and foreign exchange. You will also prepare high-quality sales proposals, ensuring strong deal quality and minimizing rework.
