**About the Role**

Are you a dynamic and strategic finance professional experienced in pricing strategies? Ideally you will have financial management skills across a large retail footprint or commodity-based environment. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pricing specialist with excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong financial background, and a proven ability to drive pricing strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
- Developing customer group pricing strategies and leading the tender process
- Acting as the single point of contact for Regional Managers and Branch Managers regarding the pricing process
- Collaborating with the Supply Chain team to track the cost of goods, product availability, supply trends
- Working closely with suppliers regarding purchase pricing, trends, product availability and potential retail price setting.

**About You**

You will have experience working in finance and pricing strategy within a retail business with a large, complex product portfolio. Ideally you will have a Degree in Finance and advanced skills in financial spreadsheets and reporting. You will have a proven track record in Pricing (5+ years) or strategic finance roles within a Retail environment.

Other skills and experiences will include general administration using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills.
