We are currently looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team within our Pricing Centre of Excellence (Group Support). This role is focused on influencing and leading the pricing strategy (price, promotion & clearance) by engaging internal and external stakeholders to improve and optimise our pricing decisions, value callouts & ticketing, and enhance the overall group profit performance.

**About the role**
- Drive strategic pricing outcome to achieve growth and profit objectives
- Champion for value-based pricing and customer value perception enhancement
- Conduct algorithmic markdown optimisation framework & ongoing management
- Recommend to the business with robust promotional offers, tactics & effectiveness
- Deliver improved financial benefits realisation & regular reporting

**To be successful in this role**
- Demonstrated experience in past pricing roles, with the ability and confidence to drive and resolve solutions as you will be sitting remotely from our wider pricing team.
- A data enthusiast who takes an analytical approach to problem solving using your strong commercial acumen
- You are adept with stakeholder engagement, and have strong consultation and negotiation skills, along with the confidence to influence
- Advanced strategic planning experience with a focus on deliverable outcomes and ongoing improvements
- Proven ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritising deadlines with short notices
- Ability to source own data sets and skilled with SQL (or a strong desire to become proficient in SQL, quickly)
